Lead Times & Order Cut Off

  • Stock items: Ordered before 12pm dispatch same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm are processed the next working day.
  • Made to order products: Allow 3 to 5 working days before dispatch.

For urgent orders: Please feel free to give us a call before placing your order online. We can advise you on lead times or suggest in-stock alternatives.

Delivery Zones & Rates

Mainland UK

  • Orders over £100 – Free 3 Day Delivery
  • Express before 5pm – £7.99 per 30kg (+£5 per additional 30kg)
  • Express before 12pm – £12.45 per 30kg (+£10 per additional 30kg)

Northern Ireland, The Highlands & Islands

  • 48hr Express – £19.95 per 30kg (+£15 per additional 30kg)

Republic of Ireland

  • 48hr Express – £16.50 per 30kg (+£16.50 per additional 30kg)

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please ensure your email address is correct so you receive updates.

Returns

  • Items must be unused and returned in good condition.
  • Email your order number to initiate a return.
  • Refunds are processed once goods are received and inspected.

VAT & Certificates

  • Your VAT invoice will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
  • Certificates of Conformity can be supplied on request and are normally issued shortly after shipping.

Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please ensure your email address is correct so you receive the updates.

I paid for express delivery, but it has not arrived.

Our manufactured products require three working days before they are dispatched via express carrier.

Tracking says delivered but I have not received it.

Please email your order number so we can contact the carrier and investigate.

I ordered the wrong items — can I return them?

Yes, if the items are unused. We will issue a refund once the goods are received back in good order. Please email your order number so we can process the return.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes — your VAT invoice will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Please ensure your email address is correct.

Do you supply Certificates of Conformity?

Yes — they can be supplied on request and are normally issued shortly after shipping.

Can I collect from the warehouse in PE2 6TE?

Yes — if items are in stock, 24 hours’ notice is required. For manufactured items, we will contact you once they are ready for collection.
