Manufacturing and Dispatch Times
- In-stock products: Orders placed before 12pm are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm are normally dispatched the next working day.
- Made-to-order products: Please allow 3–5 working days for manufacturing before dispatch.
Please note: The delivery times below begin when your order is dispatched. Any manufacturing lead time is additional to the delivery time.
Mainland UK
- Orders over £100 – Free delivery, typically within 3 working days
- Express delivery – Typically next working day by 5pm: £7.99 per 30kg (+ approximately £5 per additional 30kg)
- Express delivery – Typically next working day by 12pm: £12.45 per 30kg (+ approximately £10 per additional 30kg)
Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands
- Express delivery – Typically within 2 working days: £19.95 per 30kg (+ approximately £15 per additional 30kg)
Republic of Ireland
- Express delivery – Typically within 2 working days: £16.50 per 30kg (+ £16.50 per additional 30kg)

Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, note any visible damage when signing for the delivery and send us photographs to help us resolve the issue with the courier.
If nobody is available to receive your delivery, the courier will provide details of any redelivery or collection options.
